We're auditioning for roles in both Macbeth and Much Ado About Nothing the 1st and 2nd of February 2026.
For your audition with the County Shakespeare Company please prepare one monologue from the four below. Choose the piece that resonates with you best. Memorization is not necessary but being emotionally connected to the words is! Have fun!
Shakespeare Monologue Workshop
We want to support actors auditioning for the County Shakespeare Company's 2026 season with this workshop that will cover techniques, tips and tricks on how to work on a Shakespeare monologue. Choose one of the 4 provided monologues (download the pdf above) come along and have fun. Not planning to audition but want to play with some Shakespeare? You are more than welcome. :)
